CoxHealth Remote Access Users,

CoxHealth has added an additional step to ensure the security of your account and CoxHealth data when logging in remotely to the CoxHealth Network from a laptop or home device. You will easily be able to use your cell phone as a second factor to confirm your access when logging into SRA. This second step confirms you are who you say you are through the confirmation on your phone.

At this time, the only people who will be able to continue logging in remotely will have to have one of the following.

·         iPhone with operating system of iOS 11 or newer.

·         Android with operating system of Android 7 or newer.

1st Time Login/Setup

Install the Imprivata ID App

·         iPhone: Download the free Imprivata ID app from the iTunes App Store and then follow the setup instructions in the app.

·         Android: Download the free Imprivata ID app from Google Play Store and then follow the setup instructions in the app.

1. Enable “Fast Access”

2. Allow all Notifications

3. DO NOT enable ‘Simplified ePrescribing’ or ‘Automatic Signout’ by clicking “Not Now”

Enroll the Imprivata ID App

After you download and set up the Imprivata ID app, you need to enroll the Imprivata ID app with your username and password.

1. Log into https://sra.coxhealth.com with your CoxHealth network credentials.

2. Enroll the Imprivata ID app.

3. Type in serial number and token key as shown on your phone inside the Imprivata ID app.

4. You have enrolled successful if you see the below screen. If not, you will be logged out and attempt the enrollment process again.

Logging into SRA after enrolling

The enrollment process above is for first time enrollment. Anytime you get a new phone or the Imprivata ID app gets removed from your current phone you will have to re-enroll.

From this point on you will follow these steps to log into SRA.

1. Log into https://sra.coxhealth.com with your CoxHealth network credentials.

2. Your phone will be sent a push notification to approve/deny.

3. If too much time has passed or if your network connection is slow, you will be asked to manually enter your token code from the Imprivata ID app on your phone.
